Simple rules for using Goose.re.
These guidelines cover prohibited use, link availability, rate limits, and enforcement.
Not allowed
Spam
Unsolicited email, SMS spam, or automated posting.
Phishing
Deceptive links or pages meant to capture credentials or payment details.
Malware
Destinations that deliver malware, spyware, or malicious downloads.
Illegal activity
Fraud, scams, piracy, or other unlawful activity.
Link lifespan
Default: Active links stay live unless you set an expiration.
Custom expiry: You can set a date and time for temporary links.
API limits
Standard limit: 60 requests per minute per IP.
Why: To protect shared platform performance.
Enforcement
If a link is reported or detected as unsafe, Goose.re may disable the redirect, block the destination, or restrict the related account.
